Sacred Space Adult Creativity Mornings
Whether you are a passionate artist or simply have a desire to let your creativity flow, this session is perfect for you.
Join other like-minded creators in a sacred, friendly and non-judgemental environment. Each week will begin with a short mindfulness meditation followed by creative suggestions that you may wish to try. These include using paint, pastels, collage, clay, fabric…just to name a few!
Please note that this is not a ‘teaching’ class, but an opportunity to test what creativity holds your passion, without having to outlay for all the different mediums you may wish to experiment with.

Children's Creativity Afternoons
Creativity without the clean up? Sounds great!
We facilitate an opportunity for children to experiment with different mediums in a ‘non-teaching’ environment.
Each week will begin with a short creative mindfulness exercise followed by a choice of medium such as paint, pastels, clay, water colours and more. The choices will be demonstrated before each child selects what they would like to work with.
Other than large canvases, all equipment is supplied.
