Certificate of Expressive Therapies
I am a true believer of holistic healing through self-discovery and have always had a passion helping others. My aim is to help others heal themselves by guiding them to find clarity in their day to day life. This type of self-discovery healing gives long term understanding of our beliefs, patterns and choices and how they have affected our lives and how with understanding, change and healing can be created. As well as being an Expressive Therapist, I am a qualified integration aide and spent time volunteering in classrooms and at the Royal Children’s hospital.
Creative Fountain Expressive Therapies
Expressive Therapies is an approach to therapy useful for any age. There are many of us who have been through emotional and physical trauma who can benefit from having a safe place to voice the emotions that these experiences have created. This therapy can be a perfect approach for healing.
There are also many who have not experienced this kind of life, but through shyness, low self-esteem, feelings of loneliness, anxiety, illness, etc, may need to find clarity in this journey we call life.
Children, especially, can sometimes struggle to navigate the ‘growing up’ process especially now with social media being so prevalent. Using modalities such as sandplay or art therapy in Expressive Therapies, children have a fun and safe way to express themselves.
Anyone coming to an expressive therapies session can expect to be treated with kindness, understanding and respect as well as having fun in a relaxed environment. Parents, please be aware if you bring your child to an Expressive Therapy session, that any information shared between child and therapist in these sessions is strictly confidential.

I am a true believer of holistic healing through self-discovery and have always had a passion for helping others. My aim is to encourage others to heal themselves by guiding them to find clarity in their day to day life. This type of self-discovery brings understanding of our beliefs, patterns and choices and how they have affected our lives. This understanding can then create change and healing.

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor or Education (Primary)
Diploma of Art Therapy
Certificate in Mindfulness and Wellbeing For Children (Peaceful Kids, Peaceful Teens, Peaceful Parents)
I have always had an interest for the emotional wellbeing of my students. After becoming a mother, this interest grew into a passion. I believe that all children deserve the opportunity to learn about how they can express themselves safely and learn strategies to help them not only cope, but to thrive.
I am lucky enough to be using my art therapy and Peaceful Kids qualifications within a school and can see the positive effects firsthand.
